The Tim and Crystal White family were approved by the World Baptist Fellowship Mission Committee as missionaries through STEP on February 4, 2025.
They have been faithful to serve the Lord through their sending church, New Testament Baptist Church Lubbock, Texas, for 20+ years.
Tim was called to serve as a deacon in 2005. Tim and Crystal have faithfully served the Lord as part of the music ministry at NTBC and Crystal has led the children’s music. They have taught Bible classes for children and young adult classes through the years. The family has served with both local and other mission projects.
Tim and Crystal were both raised in church and saved at an early age. Their daughters, Kyndall and Chloe have been raised, saved, and baptized, in New Testament Baptist Church and have a true love for the Lord. Both of the girls have taken after Crystal in singing beautifully and using that talent for the Lord.
In January of 2024, God called the Whites to surrender to full-time mission work, whatsoever and wherever that would be. Throughout 2024, along with attending classes through the Faith Bible Institute and attending training through the WBF, the Whites continued to pray about where God would lead them to work. God has made clear that Mexico is where they are called to serve. They have started to learn from Marty and Michelle Herman (@5TalentsforChrist) about the work and people near Saltillo in Huachichil, Coahuila, Mexico.
The Whites are excited about starting deputation and a planned March 2025 survey trip to Huachichil to become more familiar with the field.
